Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. Available payment methods may include PayPal, Venmo, and card payments processed through PayPal, depending on availability.

We do not directly process or store your payment card information or other payment credentials.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchases are one-time payments and do not create a subscription or recurring charge.

Digital Products and Downloads

Products provided through the Service are digital files generated from information and options submitted by the user. Following successful payment, the purchased product is made available for download.

Downloads are subject to limits and are available during the purchase session. Once the session ends, the product may no longer be available for download. If you experience a problem accessing a purchased product, you may contact us through our Support page.

Refunds

Because the Service provides digital products generated for the user, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased product has been generated or made available for download, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate due to a technical or other issue with the Service.
